Healthier, Happier and more fulfilling life.

 

The 3 layers of this philosophy include: 

Health, Happiness and Fulfillment. 

Health represents the physical or the body.

Happiness represents the mental or the mind.

Fulfillment represents the spirit.

 


In order to live your best life possible, it is a must to have…

A highly functional and healthy body,

A tuned up mind, and a clear mental sate.

A vibrant, energetic and positive spirit.

 

As human beings we have the greatest ability of all, the ability to envision something in our minds and then manifest it into reality.

Think of everything we have ever built, it all started as an idea in the brain and was then manifested into reality by taking action.

Your life is no different.

Everyone has a vision of the life they want to be living in their mind. And you have the ability to obtain this vision. But it takes deliberate and consistent action.

Just like you can train your body to reach the physical state you want, you can also train your mind to reach a strong mental state. When both the body and mind are strong, your spirit will follow and become strong.

Your fulfillment in life (spirit) is a direct outcome of how healthy your body and mind become over the span of your lifetime.

 

This is a philosophy for CREATING your best life.

We have the ability to take control of our lives and create the reality we really want.

If you read the About Sam page, you know that I went through an extremely difficult period in my life for more than 2 years.

Which included many physical dysfunctions (which I am still working on) as well as a deep depression, suicidal thinking, broken relationship, losing a career path and more.

I felt as if my life was over, I had reached the bottom of hell.

But I knew from being a personal trainer that it doesn’t matter how out of shape you are, you can still get in great health, it will just take more time and effort.

So I started picking up the pieces to my life. Taking consistent and deliberate action on the information I have learned through my experiences, studies or other people and started to find what served my life best.

And this also happens to be true with your life.

You may not have the life you want right now, but that does not mean you can never obtain it.

I have discovered through my own personal experience that it is 100% possible to work on certain aspects of your life everyday in order to make lasting positive change in the direction you want to go in life.

 

This is where my motto:

"Train Your Life To Change Your Life."

 Comes into action.

 

My definition of "Training" is:

 

"The intentional development of thoughts, actions and habits by instruction, practice and discipline."

Training your life means developing positive thought processes, positive actions and positive habits by learning from the instruction of teachers and mentors, then practicing what you have learned and using self discipline to keep applying it every day for the rest of your life.

I truly believe that although we cannot control everything this world throws our way, we can control ourselves and train ourselves to live a better life by developing positive thoughts, actions and habits through instruction, practice and discipline.

If we can control our own personal world (body, mind and spirit) by limiting stress and maximizing health, then taking on the outside world will not be so bad.

Train your life to change your life.

 

To me, Life is an experiment.

 

There is no one size fits all exercise program, nutrition program, career path or way of life.
In order to find out what serves your life the best you have to try things out and see what the outcome is. If it does not serve your life in a positive way then you have to clean up the mess and start from scratch.

 

My definition of “Experiment” is:

 

“A work in progress, something that is strategically planned, contemplated and put into motion to reach a desired outcome.”

Your life is a work in progress and you can strategically plan, contemplate, test and retest different aspects of your life in order to find out what works and what doesn’t to eventually reach your desired outcome.

The same way I would write up strategically planned and contemplated programs for my clients during my days as a Personal Trainer, I wrote up a strategically planned and contemplated life program to help get my life back together.

And you can do the same exact thing.

 

Train Your Life To Change Your Life is my life motto that keeps me and I hope now you moving forward in life.

It is a statement that gives you the power to create the life you want. 

Train different areas of your life in order to change your life.
